Florida Statute 720 - Homeowner's Associations

Eagle Lake East/North offers paint color combination palettes for ease of painting maintenance.  Owners now have the option to choose colors separately from each of the combinations to create a personal palette. Approved colors must be used only, and painting cannot commence on any home until an approved ARC is received.

House Paint Colors (update) - Many months ago we voted that you could mix and match the exterior house paint colors from all three paint selections pages on the HOA Website (Paint Colors – Original, Paint Colors – Recent and Paint Colors – Latest).  That essentially meant that you could pick a Body color from any of the three selections and mix it with a Trim color from any of the three selections and mix it with a Door color from any of the three selections. 

However, on March 14, 2024, the Board of Directors voted to take it a step further.  Since all of the colors, whether they be Body, Trim or Door colors are considered neither loud nor bright and do in fact harmonize with the natural environment of the subdivision (quoting section 7 of the CC&R’s), we have agreed that any color from the three selections can be used for Body, Trim or Door.  This proposal is a result of several Owners who have been interested in color combinations that include our approved colors, but not in the exact way they are specified on each of the three selection pages.  This now means that you can select a Body color from a Door color chart, a Door color from a Trim color chart, a Trim color from a Body color chart, or any other combination.  This now allows a great deal of creative flexibility for the Owners.  The only caveat is that the ARC still reserves the right to reject any combination which is not in harmony with the color combination of the adjacent homes and the community.
