This activity is cancelled as of 5/12/23 due to lack of community interest.  It was been communicated many times via mail, email and social media, with little very little response.

This is a new Committee, headed by Orlando Dominguez (HOA V.P.), whose objective is below. Interested homeowners should contact Orlando at ojdominguezhoa@gmail.com.

This is intended to be a structured, but creative vision going forward for the Community.

Areas of Consideration:

• Improvements needed annually, with cost projections.

• Project routine maintenance costs.

• Assess future initiatives, with community recommendations and support.

• Projects should not be funded unless already projected in the budget, unless new funding is proposed and justified.

• Add sub-budgeting to the annual budget to better understand the anticipated breakdown of expenses.

• Projects & activities should consider projected cost, value to the community, time frame to complete, and ownership.
