VIOLATIONS:  Though SCPM and the Violations Chair monitors non-compliances, all homeowners have the right to report potential violations directly to SCPM.

ARC:  Homeowners need to submit forms for all exterior proposed changes.  When in doubt if an ARC is required, owners should submit one for all exterior changes and the ARC Chair will advise.

When an issue in the community needs attention, we would like to solicit your help to reach out to the Board with details and photos, which will help us to adequately address issues. Each of the Board members and Chairs are volunteer positions, and we all work full time jobs; community support is greatly and sincerely appreciated.
