I'm new to the neighborhood, how do I pay my HOA fees?

HOA dues can be paid by mail to Space Coast Property Management, at 928 E New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 3290. They are due on February 1st of each year. The Annual Fee is $190. I want to make a change to my home's exterior. What types of changes require an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Project Application and what is the turnaround time for a response?

ALL EXTERIOR CHANGES TO ANY PROPERTY MUST HAVE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ARC. This includes, but is not limited to, Fences, Landscaping, Pools, Repainting, Roofing, Screen Rooms, Additions, Patios, Drainage Projects, Entry Doors, Garage Doors, Gutters, Windows, Solar Panels and Hurricane Shutters. Regarding response time, CC&Rs, Article II, Section 2 (b): The ARC shall notify the Lot owner, in writing, within thirty (30) days of receipt of all required documentation, of the Committee’s approval or disapproval of any project.  Contact ARC Chairperson lizpink13@yahoo.com for questions and forms. 

 

How do I login to the Space Coast Property Management (SCPM) website, and what are the benefits?

The SCPM Login is for Property Owners only, and is located here https://client.spacecoastproperty.com/. If you need your login information, please contact SCPM at 321-733-3382 or clientservices@towersmgmt.com and they will provide it to you. The website allows you to view the history of all documentation and payment history that they have on your property, to include ARC Forms and Violations. You can view HOA Board meeting minutes and neighborhood information there. 

 

I would like to make sure I have time to speak at the next HOA Board meeting. How do I request to be added to the Meeting Agenda?
